  • Remove and re-install four wheels. Remove calipers and pads to inspect brake pad condition, rotor measurement and run out and caliper operation. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Left Front ( 6 /32) Left Rear ( 9 /32) Right Front ( 6 /32) Right Rear ( 9 /32) Rotor Thickness: Left Front ( .973 ) Left Rear ( .468 ) Right Front ( .975 ) Right Rear ( .467 )Rotor Temperatures after test driver (Left front (168 degrees) Right front (170 degrees) left rear (130 degrees) right rear (148 degrees). Technician could not replicate customers noise concerns. Technician felt that rear brake shoes were free but may have been slightly under adjusted he recommended cleaning and lubricating rear brake shoes and rear brake pads. We recommended replacing front brake pads due to linings being at 6/32 with rotor surface very good.
  • Install FRONT brake pads clean and lubricate pins and slides. Test drive to ensure brake are working properly.
  • Clean, lubricate and adjust rear brake shoes and pads
  • Perform multi-point inspection. Set tire pressures. Top off fluids as needed. Grease steering and suspension parts if available.
